Sunday - Meditation and Yin - 7:30 PM EST with Marissa


Meditation & YIN- full mind and body meditation focused on connecting with our breath , preparing us to use our breath to create a YIN practice that deepens our openings  beyond our muscles, into our fascia, holding poses while lying on our mats. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, so we can dig deeper without force.
