Emotional Freedom Technique, aka EFT, is a tapping technique on specific meridian or acupressure points. It is a powerful tool for stress relief, quitting smoking, losing weight, changing negative beliefs and creating emotional healing. Especially helpful for anxiety, reducing stress, and creating emotional wellbeing and balance.

Online - You will receive a link to access.  Class is live, we use audio and video to participate.

Video and Audio is required for class.  You can use your phone or computer. 

5 Week Class Pass starts anytime, you have 6 weeks to use 5 classes.  All classes must be pre-registered, so that we can plan class to the people attending.
