About Beginners Yoga

We will dedicate this hour on traditional and basic Yoga poses through a soft paced Vinyasa flow. The objective will be to find comfort in each asana, as well as to go deeper into each pose through a conscious breathing, which will encourage our body to surrender to gravity and become more flexible, stronger, and graceful in its postures.
