How can we help you understand health from an Ayurvedic (Indian medicine) perspective? Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga. It is all-encompassing and a truly holistic practice for your health and well-being.

Ayurveda involves everything from food, movement, and herbology, on a more physical level, to the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. We look at doshas (which means the way we tend to go out of balance) and our prakriti (which is who we are when we are in balance). Then there are many choices and actions that we can make, from an Ayurvedic perspective, to align and live more harmoniously.
