- Money Memories
- What is a financial adult?
- The importance of learning to delay gratification

What was your first memory around money?
How did your role models talk about money?

Other things we want to look at today:
trust versus mistrust
autonomy versus shame and guilt

Fear of Failure and Fear of Success
Week 3: 51 min

Now that we've done our money memories we are working to revisit the patterns that keep us stuck around money flow. Today we are talking about the fear of failure and the fear of success. Create an energetic flow so that you are able to receive abundantly with postitive affirmations and EFT tapping.
Some healthy positive beliefs around money are:
I am worthy.
Joy will offset any responsibility I take on to experience abundance.

Now that we know, We Become
Week 4: 1 hour 6 min

"I worked as a counselor with seriously abused teens in my 20s. I showed those kids love, respect and higher expecations. They met my expecations. When I set the expecation, they could see it, and they made it happen. If they couldn't see it, I showed them until they could. Those that are wealthy teach there children how to have money from a very young age. This is how they learn the entitlement and expectation to be successful. - Brian Brogan. In this class we talk about the importance of setting expectations, and shedding limiting beleifs we go on a meditation journey to embody a new experience.

Baby Steps: Learning Cash Flow
Negative Believe: Money isn't Spiritual
Week 5: 58 min

A part of becoming a financial adult is learning physical, emotional and spiritual control around money. Some steps you can take include:
* Write down your goals: 6 months, 12 months, 1 year, 5 years. Make your future you the person you look up to.
* Turn a budget into a Spending Plan.
* Make a Genogram

Healing Session: Today's Healing is around the belief "Money isn't spiritual". This doesn't effect everyone but those that have faith, no matter what religion, if you walk with this belief it can be really limiting and its important to change.

Negative Believe: Money is the Root of All Evil - Week 6: 1 hour 2 min

Everything is vibrations. We are building on developing our wealthy mindset by looking closely at the belief that "money is evil". We are questioning the belief. When we blanket the statement "all people that have money are ..." its always a false belief. It's limiting because it's also true that "money can be used for good" "money is a tool, it's neutral, neither good or bad"

After discussion we do some guided meditation and eft tapping to help make changes. Don't get stuck, ask for support.

Setting Boundaries
Week 7: 57 min

In today's class Brain talks about the importance of responsibility and setting appropriate boundaries. This involves building trust, commuity, asking for help, knowing our responsiblities and our work in the world and when its not our burden and we should ask for help or set expectations for others appropriatly. Boundaries include functional boundaries: the skin, gravity ext. Relationship boundaries are about communicating with others. Examples of Relationship Boundaries to Explore:

People who can't say no
People who can't say yes
People who can't hear no.
People who can't hear yes.

Jen builds upon the subject with guided meditation to help us connect with subconsicous patterns and build clarity around our own experiences with boundaries and connecting with our higher self to learn new ways of being.

Core Values & Manifestation
Week 8: 34 min

Today Brian talks about reflecting on your core values and creating actions based on bringing these values into life.

When doing manifestation exercise you can practice numberology, by bringing in 3, 6 and 9. Say it 3 times, write it 6 times, and take 9 actions towards your goal.

About Brian Brogan:

Brian Brogan comes from the financial services industry and has been working in the investment arena for over 20 years. Before starting his career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, he received his Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in addiction. He worked for over seven years in the psychiatric field as a therapist and hospital administrator.

Throughout Brian’s career, he has blended both the dynamics of psychological principals with technical and fundamental research. This holistic approach served Brian well while working with many different groups of people. This combination lead him to concentrate on the innovative field of Behavioral Finance and apply theory into his practice working with families of wealth and family offices.

However, long before he joined the professional world, he was an entrepreneur. At the age of nineteen, Brian encouraged his mother to open the first United States franchise of the Canadian company, The Soapberry Shop, in his Chestnut Hill neighborhood. After his mother passed away, Brian was responsible for running the shop with his two brothers. It was his first exercise in the managing of a family business. After successfully navigating that dynamic, it was only natural that he joined his father to manage, The Brogan Group Investment Research, an IRP that provides institutional investment research. A natural entrepreneur, Brian was not satisfied until he started his own RIA business in 2007 called Brogan Group Investment Advisors, LLC.

Brian launched his investment advisory firm, which works and consults with many of the top tier investment firms and created investment portfolios for high net worth families and investment advisors. While working with families of wealth Brian discovered that, most families face challenges around family dynamics and money issues. Utilizing financial therapeutic tools, Brian has helped many families address and overcome common and complex issues, which hinder family legacy. Brian has created a process to engage with multi-generational families to secure legacy assets.

As the Director of Family Business initiative at Saint Joseph's University, Brian is able to bring thought leadership to families seeking to learn from the most successful family businesses. Brian also is an adjunct professor of Management, Finance, and Psychology.

With his undergraduate degree from The Catholic University of America, and his masters from Chestnut Hill College, coupled with over 20 years in business, Brian looks to add to the discussion around families of wealth and legacy businesses with the Saint Joseph's University community.
